During the initial introduction,  S&M will meet with you in person or via phone to discuss your needs and immediately determine direction. During the initial one-on-one counseling session, we will evaluate your situation and need. We also assess your business readiness and whether you are postured to do business with your business area of interest.  

Our Team will meet you where you are in your business process. A tailored acquisition strategy is prepared by performing the following tasks;  Contract Opportunity Research − Bid Matching − Marketing Plans – Subcontracting Potentials − Proposal Preparation – Contract Vehicles − Certifications, Registrations, and Verifications.  

The acquisition strategy is finalized and implemented. Our team is available to provide  insight, tools and business closure tactics. Additional business opportunities and training for our clients are often discovered and needed for continued growth and development. Our post contract support will be there for direction.
